I’m a big fan of Rita’s but I already had a Sonic shake today. So I was hesitant to get anything. Dylan H informed me my favorite flavor, Cotton Candy, has least sugar of other flavors. And he offered a sugar free option. I bought cotton candy gelati and wouldn’t have without his professionalism. Dylan H should be promoted to upper management because he’s great!

Let me tell you about this amazing place hidden in the heights. This hidden gem is so amazing. The cashier who helped us was amazing. I got the appleberry frozen ice, my husband got custard and ice cream. You won't be disappointed.

My favorite place to get frozen custard! Their sundaes are so delightful. The waffle bowls are my favorite. It’s also nice that they have Italian ice options and ice cream too. I always pickup an “emergency” cookie sandwich or two when I go as well. Nothing says comfort quite like knowing you have an custard ice cream sandwich on standby for life’s difficult days XD definitely try them out!

Great place to have a Gelato social. I got the salted Carmel ice cream. What I spent for 2 scoops I could have went to Krogers and got 2 quarts of ice cream for $5.

I’m shameful to say how many times that I’ve been to Rita’s. Their location in Galveston off Seawall Blvd is also super good. I’ve never been disappointed by my experiences there. Custards good, and employees are nice.

Very tasty and refreshing ice cream. I went with pedego heights e-bike foodie tour and Rita’s Italian ice cream was excellent place to freshen up.

This was like some secret mission to find this place. When we did, it was much worth it! I had the Root Beer Float flavor. I’d give it a 6/10, but my wife had the blue raspberry/green apple mix and it was great! I’d give that one an 8/10. We’ll definitely be back, especially since it so HOT!!

I love Rita's and the girls were so nice. We got there at the end of the night and they still let us get samples and served our ice with a smile. Made my night since we don't have Rita's in Cleveland.
