Hunters Pub

Small cozy bar with welcoming bartender/staff and nice customers. Clean with a pretty good outdoor deck in the back. I can imagine the place packed on weekends and during sporting events. Probably go back on a Thursday to try their rib eyes during steak night! Regular shuffleboard & pool tournaments as well!

I would give this place 10 Stars if it would allow me to. I can't say enough good things about this bar. I don't go to many pubs. So, I'm reviewing this on slim experiential knowledge. Yes Thursday night the stakes are to die for. If I stop right here that's still reason for four stars. Add to it that the drinks are affordable. Not to mention, karaoke night is so much fun.(I don't sing. But I do dance if the right song is on). As for the people that come here, they give it a Texas "Cheers" vibe without the accent. So stop through and introduce yourself. Try to remember names, cause 2 things are for sure. 1). You will be back 2) You will see someone you met the first time you came. Whether you're playing shuffleboard, shooting a game of pool, or trying to get famous on the karaoke mic, you can have you an affordable bucket of dos Equis dressed or naked(the beer comes dressed or naked)Please wear clothes. I suggest dress casual with a cowboy hat. 🤠

This bar is awesome! If you want a real life "Cheers" vibe, where everyone knows your name, you will find that at Hunters. Great patio, cheap drinks, friendly employees and a great place to go check out the game, sing karaoke, and unwind. You will find this place welcoming to any type of person, and they will make you feel like part of their family. They do not sell food, but more often than not, someone has made some delicious food for everyone that is free if you are in there drinking, and there are some fabulous cooks around there! Stop by for a drink, if you are thinking about it! They offer pool tournaments, and have a great shuffleboard table!

Great neighborhood bar. It's small and out of the way. I lived 0.75 miles away for decades and had no idea it was there until recently. Bartenders are friendly and there are always several regulars. Nearly every night they hold an event of some kind, with karaoke Thursday-Saturday, steak on Thursdays, free pool or pool tournaments on other days, etc. The place is close enough for me to walk to, so I do and I love the smell as I approach if I go on Thursdays. :) I don't drink much besides Coke and Bourbon, so I can't tell you if they're any good at mixing drinks. I'm never disappointed, but it would be hard to disappoint me given how simple the drink is. :) Anywho, I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's one of those places that you just want to keep returning to because of the community.
