Casa Linda Mexican Restaurant

Update 10/5/2021: Unfortunately, it appears that Casa Linda is now permanently closed. We went this past weekend and there is a new name on the door: Normitas. It was not open. We're really sad about this. I guess they just didn't survive the loss of business during pandemic. Hoping it pops back up somewhere else. If anyone knows more, would like to know. ------ Original Review ------ Excellent. Good simple Mexican/Tex Mex. Good prices. Good service. The latest owner is a friend of the original owner and a long time customer. He's brought back some of the original staff and we couldn't be happier. We've been eating at Casa Linda for 20+ years. The food has always been good. It's not a fancy place. But it's clean, the food is great, and the service is always friendly and fast.

I've been going to Casa Linda for over 25 years. Since Harvey, they've added Chinese food options & there were a few times, I felt they slacked on my normal #3 dinner, but they are back! The #3 with chicken enchiladas hit the spot after a long week and my love for them remains. They have the best flavors & salsa and their menudo is one of my favorites. So glad they're still around.

Did not disappoint! The owners were there and welcomed us in, gave us amazing service and some of the best food! Their menu is very diverse! They serve TexMex and Chinese food. Your probably thinking Chinese?!?! ? Omy! It's so much better than going to a Chinese restaurant. Local family business that deserves respect for cooking with heart!

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. On top of the amazing food, service was incredible. We are from out of town but owner made us feel like we’ve been coming there for years. Very quick service. All food is made in house. Awesome experience. Every time I come back to Houston, I’ll be making a trip here.
