They had pretty good service even though the lady gave me a hash brown instead of fries . When I came back They corrected the issue without any attitude or problem. The food was fresh and hot. The woman in the drive thru mic and window was very nice also. I didn't mind the confusion because they let me keep the hash brown. I like places that own their mistake and fix it with no issue. We need more restaurants like this one. I don't mind coming back to this location because they fixed the issue with smile. The inside of the store was clean and there wasn't a long line inside either.

Anytime we are in TX we hung down a Jack in the Box, they have the best tacos! The service was quick and the employees were very nice and patient. Please bring back a Jack in the Box to Shreveport!!!

Whenever I order from this location it’s usually drive through. I am very satisfied with the freshness and the timely experience from this location. The food looks and tastes as expected. I’ve been drinking their Red Bull infusion drinks for some time now I really love it.

I loved my grande sausage burrito but my husband's meat lovers burrito was not assembled rite it had egg on one side and the rest on the other and hardly any chesse

Just a quick drive thru at a Jack in the Box for the best milkshake of any fast food restaurant. They are so thick that you have a hard time using a straw. Get the whipped cream and cherry on top for that old fashioned feel. This location had quick customer service and the lady at the window was friendly and efficient.
