Waffle House

Waffle house never disappoints. One time I came at this location and it was too busy so I left. Today tried again and though it was busy but I managed to find an empty and clean table. I ordered as usual and waited for the food to arrive. I was slightly disappointed at the toast since it was clearly burnt. The cook responsible for it should be sent for an eye test soonest possible. The waitress was kind enough to replace it for me. Other than this issue I enjoyed the breakfast. The lower rating is due to burnt toast. The picture of the toast in the menu on the table,which is golden brown is what I expected instead it looked like chocolate Labrador when it arrived 🤓🤓🤓

The most unprofessional dining experience to date. As we were getting seated, a verbal outburst is taking place between disgruntled employees. Vulgar language is loudly projected throughout the establishment as the disagreement intensifies. The manager, and apparently all cooks scheduled have quit during this shift mind you. After placing our order, one of the disgruntled employees is cursing and storming around for nearly 20 minutes in the parking lot. After about 25 minutes total we finally got parts of our order. The Bacon was burnt, and we never received our waffles. Shortly after the incomplete/botched order was placed on the table, our waitress provides a complete order for customers who placed their order 15 minutes after our order was taken. Lastly, the same employee who quit and was holding up the dining area with Vulgar outbursts decided to come back inside to take orders but refused to cook anything. Horrible experience, and they need new management for this location.... UPDATE Monday December 20th, 2021 9am. The regional manager was a wonderful person, and he contacted me upon my initial experience. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE! I GREATLY APPRECIATE how peaceful it was when I re-visited this location. Thank you very much for taking care of us.
