Was a fantastic time to get back to one of my favorite spots in town. They always are so friendly and cook my favorite breakfasts!! And Irma is the best so get one of her tables!! Best service ever!

I came in today, and let me say, the service was great. I had this lovely server named Tommie and they are great, super friendly, and just on top of everything. They've only been working here for a few months I believe but either way, amazing service. They need a raise!! 💖

We were blown away by the attentive hospitality this morning. Irma, our host, even went the extra mile by making us salsa not featured on the menu.

Like any national restaurant chain, any given location will have "up" cycles with great service, and "down" cycles where things aren't quite so hot. I have seen both at the Bay Area Blvd location near UHCL over a period of several years.
I am happy to say that right now, they're in an "UP" cycle, especially on weekend nights! Two wonderful recently hired workers are at this unit are a very upbeat, high-energy server named Mordekai, and a pleasantly low-key server named Theodore. (Yes, high and low vibes can complement each other!)
This Denny's is back in my regular "rotation" when I'm out in Clear Lake again!
