I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for the first time recently when my mom had a doctor's appointment nearby. We decided to stop by for breakfast ahead of her appointment, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. First and foremost, the prices at IHOP were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food we received. It's always a relief when you can enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, and IHOP delivered on that front. My mom and I both opted for breakfast dishes, and we were more than pleased with our choices. The food was delicious, and it hit the spot perfectly. Whether it was the fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, or the perfectly cooked eggs, every bite was a treat. It's evident that IHOP takes pride in serving up classic breakfast favorites with care. What truly impressed us was the excellent service we received from our waitress. She checked up on us frequently, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of top-notch. Her attentiveness made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Another noteworthy aspect of our visit was the restaurant's convenient location in proximity to the doctor's office. It made our morning seamless and stress-free, knowing that we could grab a delicious breakfast before the appointment. In conclusion, IHOP left a lasting impression on my mom and me. We haven’t been here for a long time and we loved how cozy is the new interior! Everything looks new and so clean. This particular location is huge and the booths and tables as I said, provide a cozy atmosphere. Our food did not take more than 12 minutes to come to our table (which to me is fast considering we’re a party of five people) and everything was served hot and delicious (I recommend the chicken crepes btw). Francheska made our dinner experience such a pleasure, we didn’t even need to call her after she brought our foods because she put everything for us since the first time and she was still attentive to us (thank you very much Fran!).

Entered building and looked like a nice hotel. Arrived at 12 at night and no greeters since its late and no volume...which is understandable. Roxy seated me and was very nice and gentle. She showed genuine care for my visit. After placing order, food arrived in 5min. She also cared about hygiene to not have touched my steak knife...she brought it in a napkin. Do not order scrambled eggs or sausages...they are fake, lol. Very good experience. Although smelled a little off inside, its old and to be expected. Nevertheless, thanks Roxy for an amazing experience!!
