Starbucks

2 single stall restrooms. Limited mobility accessibility at times because lack of bike rack leads children to leave bikes on accessibility ramp. Café only with seating (no drive-thru) but limited power outlets. Has a community board. Four shelves of merchandise, lots of stock. Has for-here cups. No recycling or compost.

Came in today, my barista Shelly noticed that I didn’t seem to be having a good day. She made sure to try to brighten it up with a great drink suggestion. I’m very appreciative of the customer experience she offered me as most ppl now days do not care if you’re having a bad day and most of the time don’t even consider asking you how your day is to begin with. The little things, such as this, can turn someone’s whole day around. Thank you Shelly

This location is very convenient to get to if you live around the Bellaire area. It gives off your frienndly-neighborhood starbucks atmosphere, as well as, the customer service is pretty nice. The one thing I would like to point out is that this particular location unfortunately lacks in outlets. There is plenty of wall space where outlets could be- patrons who typically go to a starbucks/coffee place to study or to do work on electronics would need outlets to work for long periods of time. It is probably better for the store if customers stay longer charging their devices rather than leaving as soon as their devices are low on power.

Today I learned that apparently, prices differ from 1 location to another. I had NO idea, as I rarely patronize chain eateries, and unfortunately discovered this upon receiving my order. Thanks to the Amazing employee (whose name I have sadly forgotten now) who saw my confused face and with the utmost grace, quickly reacted and amended my drink order.

Lately the Starbucks coffee stores that I’ve visited in Texas have just been slammed. I fear there are staff shortages like in many places. My sis went into this one and ordered me a white mocha as I had just had surgery. She said they must’ve made about 25 drinks before calling her name. The drink was perfect, but I’m starting to think twice about a $6+ cup of coffee and a 30-minute wait. Nevertheless, it IS Starbucks and I’ve yet to find anyone who can beat their coffee beans, hence the 5-star rating.
