Buffalo Wild Wings

Probably some of the best damn wing sauce I have ever had. I'd probably just go for wings though - I don't know why you'd get something else. Sides can be pricey - $3.50 or so for a small tray of french fries? Overall, it's been a pleasant experience to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Generally speaking I know service there is eh at best. But this past visit was good. Service was quick and attentive. Be mindful that this location is in the ever popular Rice Village and can get busy at certain times of the day.

I've been to this BWW multiple times because it's a quick lunch commute and I can order my food to be ready for 11am. Most restaurants don't actually open or let you order until then. The restaurant service and food quality is pretty inconsistent. I've had fantastic experiences where my food was hot and ready when arrived and the staff was quick and attentive. I've also had bad experiences where I waited 20 minutes, the food was cold, or I had to wait to pay for my order. One time I did get a chicken flat with feathers still attached -_-. Mostly, the restaurant is pretty clean and does a good job. Pretty mediocre, but sometimes that can be expected from a chain.

This is the best B-dubs I've been to. For once, it's not 30 degrees inside, which was awesome. Furthermore, Emmanuel was our waiter, and he remembered all of our extra sauces. We usually have to ask to get extra sauce again after we get our food at other locations. He brought us each our own extra jerk sauce, and the food was amazing. He did a great job, the whole experience was outstanding this Saturday, and I wanted to recognize him and this location. Thank you!

Now, I should start by saying that I ordered take-out. So, I didn't have to worry about dealing with wait staff. It might have been a different experience if I had. But, I ordered take out, and what I found the most satisfying was Kiki, the lady at the front counter who was handling all the payments and carry-out orders. She worked quickly, efficiently, and was very friendly. And the food was actually good. I especially liked the garlic-Parmesan (bone-in) wings. It didn't just taste like butter with garlic and Parmesan thrown in: it was actually a sauce, which was tasty without being greasy or overpowering. I think the only disappointment was the mac-and-cheese, which was a little on the bland side. It improved (for me) when I added some buffalo sauce to it. I suppose, to be fair, I'll have to try the service inside the restaurant to see how my experience measures up then.
