Old Mexico

Love love love this place! I have gone here since I was little, Gladys and her family are the absolute best. The food cannot be matched, anywhere I've found. It is the standard I judge ALL Mexican food by! It is a small place right off of Hopper-blink and you'll miss it. But definitely turn around, you dont want to live life without it!

Please be advised they are CASH ONLY! Excellent authentic food, small location and calm environment, but the staff/ladies/owners come off a lil catty. So, it's a restaurant you come you eat pay and leave. But, customer service matters and while most reviews fail to not mention this as a shortcoming, so as to not rock the boat (I felt eyes on me at all times-so most people eat in silence-like a prison cafeteria) it's a real feeling, even I picked up on the weird vibe. But, overall love the food.

Well what can I say about this place, here we go! This place has authentic Mexican food, friendly ladies , they greet you with smile. The two down sides about it is, it's very small, so there is a wait time, if it's not packed. Also sometimes it's too hot only because it's too packed up! The food is really good though. I recommend it, but it be best at during the week or Saturdays/Sundays after noon.

Small place but the food is great. I go for the food not the looks. My favorite are the chicken enchiladas. They are stuffed with chopped grilled chicken breast and topped with lots of cheese. The grilled chicken salad is also great. It is large and will fill you up. Gladys is the owner and she is awesome.

This place is a hidden gem. It's small and difficult to spot because there's no huge sign or parking that points it out. I have found that places like this are the best. I only arrived here because my friend has been eating here since his late grandfather first brought him here. So if its longstanding, that means it must be good. Authentic Mexican food is served here. I ate a breakfast plate and my friend ate a lunch plate. Deliciousness! **edit: There IS a sign outside the establishment. I need recommendations for a good eye doctor.
