I came to Potbelly for the first time today and I was pretty impressed. All of the staff here were very nice and friendly. While I was waiting on my pick up order a staff member touched base with me to make sure I didn’t need any assistance—which was appreciated.
The sandwich was excellent but the veggie soup is what’s bringing me back. Definitely some of the best veggie soup I’ve had in awhile. It wasn’t bland at all. My only complaint is that I wish I’d have gotten a large soup and not a small it was so good.

This location has friendly staff and quick service. Restaurant was clean. Homeless people tend to mingle in parking lot and harass for money so be aware of surroundings.

Great overall fresh food . I ordered take out through Uber eats and my only complaint was I was missing my dream-bar . Besides that it was a win !

I was thrilled to see this chain in Texas, let alone in Austin close to where we live. This place is so nostalgic for me because of the one my family would go to at Rockefeller center NYC before seeing the Christmas Spectacular Rockettes. Anyway! Great and easy service for pickup and sandwiches were perfect just the way they were in NY. We had the Italian and I believe the roast beef. Love the hearty bread and meat Thanks

Love this sandwich shop. Finest selection of ingredients and those hot peppers makes anything good. I use it in my sandwiches at home.
Overall best sandwich shop. They are a bit pricy compared to subway but you definitely get your money's worth!
