El Pollo Loco

This pollo Loco on Ella is 🔥 🔥 🔥!!! First and foremost it's very clean inside. 2nd of all the service is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever about this location. The food is very delicious and the prices are not bad. On this particular visit I had the chicken nachos and I must say I was iffy about ordering that menu item but I was taken by surprise. Those nachos are so delicious and packed with so many different flavors and that white cheese they put on them nachos is sooo good. I highly recommend this location and those nachos!!!

Our second time dining inside, and could finally feel moved to leave a review worth writing. Food was fresh and delicious, customer service was more than superior, as we were met with great hospitality and catering to our questions (thanks, bryan!) and lastly, place was actively kept clean. Good energy, and good food makes for good returning customer! This was certainly an improvement from the first visit as the store was recently built and had time to sort the best people for the job.

The gentleman behind the counter was personable and helped me with my order. I asked him about being outside and he told me a shoeless lady had been asked to leave recently and he was making sure she did not bother me. That is awesome watching out for others. Made me feel safer as a single old lady. Much appreciated.

I didn't think I've ever been to a Pollo Loco before and wanted to try it. Got Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl and Two Crunchy Birria Tacos. The birria tacos came with consome soup and chips; the taste was good and a little more like a snack than a meal. Liked the chicken in the bowl as well as other ingredients such as rice and beans but without the most distinctive flavor. Overall it was a good experience.
