Whataburger

Note I’m a fan of Whataburger. These aren’t gourmet burgers. These are fast food burgers, salads and chicken. So when I tasted this restaurant I’m eating it based on its categories of fast good joints. This location was clean and organized (to help ordering food from outside to does up the drive thru process). Delicious burger and fries. Clean outside (we ordered curbside).

Katy's exceptional service on my Togo order was truly impressive. She remembered my special modified order, and that made my experience outstanding. I quit going to Whataburger even though there's one a block from my house. We had to eat at this location since it is located down the street the hospitals. I must admit I was totally impressed. The food was hot & fresh, everything was so clean even though the place was packed. The staff was friendly and they even came to check on us to make sure everything okay with us. Wish the location by my house was like this, we would definitely go back to eating at Whataburger.

We made a large order on the website for delivery during peak rush time. The order was picked up at the time it said it would be here. Unfortunately some parts of our order were incorrect (onion rings vs fries, missing condiments and 1 drink. We called and they fixed our order and had it delivered very quicklyafter initial contact. They were very nice over the phone and quickly helped us with our issues at a time I know was very hectic for them. Our Staff is Full and Happy :) Manager on duty (I didnt get his name) on 7/31 at 12:30pm is a superstar!

I just ate here for lunch. I went thrifty the drive through and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo with a sweet tea no ice. The cashier who took my order and passed my food back to me (edward) was quick and nice. However, he did not pay attention to detail so I ended up with a large sweet tea with ice. Sweet tea is life so that bummed me out. I don't want my tea getting watered down before I get to finish it. But otherwise, my food was hot, fresh and on point! There was plenty of parking, two drive through lanes and there wasn't a long line. Only 3 cars were in front of me in line a and nobody was in line b. So overall, good experience and will be back!
