I had a horrible experience at Cypress North Houston and North Eldridge Subway. I decided to try this location on Huffmeister. I had a $5.99 coupon and ask for the All-American sub. They made me the sandwich and put it into the machine, we scan the coupon, and the price was $5.99 plus tax. The Other Place told me I could not get the sandwich for $5.99. Now I'm really convinced that the sub on North Eldridge at Cypress North Houston is really a rip-off !!! You will get much better service at the Subway on Huffmeister(located at 11047 Huffmeister)

The poor guy working was overwhelmed, understocked and too young to use the deli slicer. I ordered online and expected to run in and grab my order quickly as the app said it was ready. Instead I'm told they're out of many ingredients including flatbread and the volume of online orders was insane because they wouldn't get to mine for ~2hrs. I just took a refund.
