Jack In The Box

Jack in the Box was not on point l yesterday. Food was good but customer service was horrible. Manager in drive- thru window, has the personality of wet mop. I spoke to him me never spoke back. He took our money and I asked for some ketchup and ranch. He handed me two ketchups and said nothing. I then asked for the ranch again and he gave me 2 . and said nothing. If that is the of best he can do then, I know the draw is not getting trained.

I really love their tacos at this location. The reason for the four stars is because they don't put the ranch dip and the refrigerator... I want cold dip if it's ranch... Come on. 😔I wanted to add a few things after reading comments. The staff here around 9pm today we're very nice and thanked me. I haven't heard a fast food place say that in a long time the food was really good and hot. I ordered tacos and stuffed jalapenos. Only negative was the room temperature ranch.

I have been to this Jack in the Box location on numerous times. Despite so many negative reviews I've always gotten better service here than most others. I ordered a breakfast platter, it was hot, fresh, and the drive through employee was very nice. I didn't even have to wait for too long. Cheers to the staff!

Ordered the free monster taco for two Texans touchdowns. For my purchase ordered a bacon ranch monster taco. Both were delicious, service was fast and friendly. Great lunch deal for $1.99. A nice transgender customer wished me happy new year. I did have to dodge two teenagers who were "play" fighting all over the dining area; would have been a bit happier had the management made them stop.

An oasis in a busy area, this restaurant has a big open parking lot and a security guard that patrols the area. For a business so close to downtown, this is a remarkably safe and friendly place to eat; as I do at least once a week. The staff is very efficient and friendly, I especially appreciate the kindness of a night employee named Tramane (I hope I spelled it correctly) who has the attitude that I wish all fast food employees would have. I eat here both for the food and the positivity of the staff, it is a 24 hour business that certainly deserves 5 stars.
