Carl's Jr.

Just came here today for my first time ever in a Carl's Jr. and I gotta say, the food is spectacular! I ordered the Big Chicken and was thoroughly impressed with the flavor and toppings. The staff is wonderful! The manager, Porsche, was very helpful, friendly, and kind. She took our order and the food was prepared with haste and accurately. Hands down an amazing place to dine at, not only because the food is great; but because of the great staff and very inviting environment. I honestly wish I could rate it with more stars!

Impossible burger (plant based) hold the mayonnaise & cheese and it’s vegan. My friend not a vegan loved it. I liked as well . I am the last vegan not to have tried impossible burger, and as advertised good tasting. The onion rings were crunchy and tasty.Fast food but great services. Asking to hold mayonnaise and cheese was not an issue. I was asked to pull up and a young woman brought my order quickly with a smile. A nice experience and good food.

Glad they have the option to wrap the burger in lettuce vs a bun. They were focusing more on the drive through than the customers in the restaurant, but the lady who seemed like the manager did come over and check on us after we were brought our food. It was just an overall strange experience. Napkins were not readily available which was strange since there are napkin holders on a lot of the tables.

For a fast food joint this place is great. People were all friendly Tiffany was taking care of us nothing but polite and helpful. Alone with. All the kitchen staff. When we come bk threw town we will definitely Stop bk in and good to see the same people thanks again from the Frisco burger people !

I have had some good meals here I do like a food and the size of their hamburgers is quite large for a fast food place other than Whataburger. However I seem to keep running into the disgruntled employees as compared to all other restaurants in fast food chain I have more often run into rude and disrespectful employees In Carl's jr. In general. This particular location was fine though as I did not interact with employees other than through the drive-thru.

I wish we had a location closer to us! Never had a bad experience here. Every employee has always been friendly and courteous. The food is always hot and delicious! They also have great deals with the $5 boxes! My favorite time to go is during breakfast hours because those biscuits are super good! Love this place!
