Get the ground pork and pork roll Banh Cuon - the rice paper skin is so thin! Delicious and hard to find freshly made banh Cuon like this!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The service is always great. The guy at the front is always so nice and explains what the food is and what it's relatable to and I appreciate that! One of my favorite dishes is the bánh cuon nhan thiet!! I will travel an hour just to satisfy my cravings and bring an extra family pack home with extra cha lua. Always so fresh and such great flavor!!! They also sell small "tamales" but it's wrapped in what I believe in banana leaf, it's tapioca stuffed with dried shrimp and pork belly! It's fantastic!!!!! I 10/10 recommend this place! They do only take cash or zelle, no cards.

the best place to get banh cuon in houston! this place has been here for years and basically has been a staple for me everytime i visit houston. the banh cuon thit nuong is delicious and the food comes out so quick. the portions are also huge for what you’re paying!!!!

Their Banh Cuon Thit Nuong is my go to and it never fails! The grilled pork and thin rice paper is perfection! The Banh Bot Loc was pretty good as well but we go here for their Banh Cuon, you can’t find it anywhere else made like this!

Busy place on a Sunday morning. We had the family pack of Banh Cuon Nhan Thit. It was 17.99 but it would feed about 4 or 5 people if you were eating this as your main course. They are a CASH only restaurant. The rice noodle is super thin and they give you ample amounts of pork and wood ear on the filling. Cannot wait to come back and try dining in and trying other items on the menu.

This place is famous for their banh cuon (a delicately thin rice crepe filled with seasoned ground pork and vegetables). But this time we came for the bun cha. A dish of grilled pork served with cold rice noodles and a healthy dose of salad fixings and herbs. Lettuce, pickled carrots, basil, mint, cilantro. Absolutely divine and generous enough for 2. We also got the cha ca which is a similar dish but instead of the pork it's with grilled fish seasoned with turmeric and fresh dill. Both are absolutely divine. Light but satisfying.

If you love banh cuon like I do then Thien Thanh is the right place to go. I have to come here every time I come to Houston. The place take cash only. I shorted almost $5 because I only have enough for the food and not the tax. The owner was really cool and waived the rest.

Great little Vietnamese restaurant. They been around for decades. Best known for bun rieu oc and banh cuon. A must try!

If you are looking for good, authentic banh cuon - this is the place to go. We’ve been coming here for years. They have different arities (banh cuon cha, banh cuon thit Nuong, etc). They are all good. Good portions and all plates come with bean sprouts and herbs. Fish sauce is on the table in large containers for self serve.
If you are not in the mood for banh cuon, they have lots of other options as well. Their banh bot loc is good but it does have a lot of mung beans. Other popular dishes there are bun oc and bun cha ca.
Recommend cash. They also have platters of banh cuon to go - which we do often. No need to call ahead but if you want a lot of platters, it may be a good idea.

Very good food at affordable price. The portion is generous. We ordered "banh cuon thit nuong" (grilled pork rolls), "banh beo" (rice cake), and "cha ca la vong" (baked fish fillet with noodle/salad). That filled 4 of us up. They all tasted very good.
