Kolache Factory

We were exploring the Houston Downtown Tunnels when we stumbled upon Kolache Factory. As the smell of warm, fresh kolaches filled the air, we knew we had to stop in. We were immediately impressed by the friendly service and the wide variety of kolaches available. We ordered a selection of both sweet and savory kolaches, and they were all delicious. The kolaches were soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness and savory flavor. The fillings were generous and flavorful, and the kolaches were the perfect size for a satisfying snack. We also enjoyed the coffee and croissants, which were fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made sure we had a great experience. Overall, we had a wonderful snack experience at Kolache Factory. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Jon demonstrated great customer service skills. I was surprised by his Friendliness and welcoming personality because Sunday afternoons always feel almost sad in this store. It’s hard to walk past this location without stopping. Nestled just below Louisiana St in the tunnels in downtown Houston it’s actually easy to get to. The selection is always fresh and the service is always good. Try the Italian Chicken and if you have a sweet tooth the peach kolache will not disappoint.
