Russo's New York Pizzeria

Born and raised in NY. Been searching for a while for that authentic NY Pizza finally found it Thank you. All I can say is thank you!!! I will be back again and again until I leave Texas. The menu is just beautiful so many options it almost felt like being back home. I take my pizza serious and this did not disappoint. Chicken parm also "chefs kiss"

Great Italian food! Although the marinara was a but disappointing, the overall dishes were great! I ordered eggplant parmesan and Truffle Mushroom Campanelle. The eggplant parmesan, although not the best ive had, was decent. The marinara lacked flavor, which brought the overall flavor down. The Truffle Mushroom Campanelle was EXCELLENT, especially if you like truffle. It is topped with arugula. I ordered Burrata on top, but they seemed to have forgotten to add it, which was disappointing. Pasta was cooked well. Overall, i really like this place and want to try more options on their menu like the Pistachio dishes and desserts.

Food was good, and it was large portions. First time in so I had the basic lasagna, Caesar salad and garlic bread. I was a little surprised to see carrots in the lasagna but it was good. Also over the years I've I've learned that the best way to judge a restaurants employees is to show up an hour before closing, on a Sunday. Everyone was a trooper and had great attitudes and didn't rush me out the door. Also the dessert menu was scrumptious. I'll definitely be back.

The pizza was made with a clean taste altogether. A very relaxed place to sit down and unwind if your looking for somewhere quiet to eat. From the menu, it does have a good mix of choices and toppings for the different styles of pizza you can choose. I'd rather order here and wait for a fresh crust than see a delivery chain... definitely worth it.
