First time going to a restaurant that serves only bun bo hue and it was delicious. Broth was flavorful and not too salty. Service was prompt and food came out quick. For a place that serves only one dish, they were steady with people and I can tell why! I'll probably try their other locations next to see how they compare.

Very busy for a small place. The broth is really good! And I like that the bowls are much larger++ than their sizes. Minus 1-star because the pig feet was not tender. They are specialized in Bun Bo Hue so do not expect anything else to be just as good. Will definitely come back.

Great plate for some beef noodle soup. 1 great dish on the menu so you don't even have to think about what to pick. I suggest you take a date here, order quickly, eat, save your time and get back home doing what you wanted to do in the first place. The owner Mike is outgoing and friendly with great service. The food is delicious.

This place is a solid choice for Bun Bo Hue. The broth is so thick and flavorful. Meat so tenders and the veggies dish so fresh. It’s a small restaurant with very limited seats, but their quick and attentive service keeps inviting me back. The owner Kim is also so sweet too.

This place serves 1 thing and 1 thing only - bun bo hue! When you sit down they only ask you what size bbh and what you want to drink. Low key spot that tastes great.

My friend took me there for the first time during time. The restaurant only serve 1 item on the menu call Bun Bo Hue. It is consist of noodle, pork, pork leg, pork jello blood (optional), and vegetable. Is different but I like the taste of the broth. I would definitely try again and recommended if you wants to try something different from the traditional Asian food.

--- NK Score = 7.5/10 --- 6/10 = Furniture/Ambience 8/10 = Food Quality 7/10 = Service 7/10 = Price (Other Ratings N/A) _____________________________________________ =( BASIC INFO )= - Small Restaurant - Delicious Bun Bo Hue - Variety: Bun Bo Hue - Prices ( $10.00 = Large ) _____________________________________________ = Atmosphere = Small interior with a few basic tables and chairs. The inside is usually well lit due to the many windows in the front entrance. Ambience is pretty casual, some chit chatting from other tables. _____________________________________________ = Food Quality = --- Bun Bo Hue ($10.00): 4/5 --- Incredibly warm and fragrant bowl of noodles, the aroma filled my nose with an intense meaty flavor, wow! The broth is very warm and has a nice, crispy texture when combined with the tasty ingredients they provide. Great flavors altogether and a very good portion meet the price, which is a tiny bit expensive. _____________________________________________ = Price / Service = Average service, nothing much to be expected, but they do seem generally nice. Prices are decent, only $10 for a big bowl, which will definitely fill you above satisfactory. _____________________________________________ Miscellaneous (Other): - It's like a different Pho - Not that good of a Restroom Signed NK (July 2017) Images below by Jason Lx (NK)
