We decided to visit Rim Tanon for dinner after work, and luck was on our side as we arrived during happy hour. The food was decent, but the cocktails were truly outstanding, and the staff provided excellent service. I appreciate the restaurant's unassuming ambiance and would highly recommend it for drinks.

Very nice cozy restaurant! We love the atmosphere here. Casual, cozy, and good food. For love all the food that we ordered. Tried the chicken wings, papaya salad, crispy seabass, crab fried rice. They are a must try dish! Oh and don’t forget to try the mango sticky rice too. Anyway, tasty food! Yummyyyy…. Only thing to complain is the parking.

Not 5 star, but very good food. I had the fried Red Snapper where the fish is cut into strips then fried. It was chewy and tough... come to find out, they leave the skin on, which does NOT get crispy, just adds that rubbery getting to what your chewing. Had I known it was skin on, I'd have likely ordered something else. My partner enjoyed his chicken fried rice, but the chicken is shredded and the entire bowl is just one dreary yellowish color. Didn't look appetizing, but he liked it.

Fine spot with spotty service. We got the khao soy, panaag curry, salmon rolls, and paad thai. Everything was a little light on the flavor we thought and could’ve used a bit more spice. Generous portion sizes though and generous meat portions too

The best pad Thai I’ve had in Houston so far. Get the son in law eggs if you like eggs! The parking lot sucks but it’ll be okay if you go on a weekday. I came on a Wednesday for lunch and it was empty.

Nice restaurant with a cozy vibe and great tasting Thai food! We ordered the Khao Soi and Railway fried rice. The khao soi was rich and creamy because of the coconut cream and came with various toppings. It had a good balance of fried noodles, chicken and curry. The fried rice was delicious, unlike any that we have had before with a savory and umami taste. The portion size was big. Totally value for money. We ordered medium spicy, and yes it was true to our spice level of medium spicy. We do eat spicy foods, so this was perfect for us. The service was prompt and the servers were polite and happy. The ambiance was homely and cozy. Would go again to try more standard Thai options and have some more of that fried rice.

Good food, cozy vibes! Went here for dinner on a weekend. We got a seat immediately, they were busy. Parking can get tricky. The service was good. We got their Railroad fried rice and Khao Soi Gai. You can adjust spice levels, we got 3 and it was great. Loved the fried rice. The Khao Soi was a bit creamy. But the taste was really good. The portion size are really good. It was a lot of food between two people. Loved the food and it's definitely worth a shot.

One of my favorite Thai Places in town! The restaurant is Thai fusion but really suitable for everyone.

First time here, very friendly and fast service. It was quite crowded on a Wednesday night. The food was very good. If you really like spicy food, ask for level 5 spicy, it’s just right! Loved the presentation of the papaya salad, and the crab omelette was full of crab meat. This place is slightly more pricey than the other Thai restaurants I know in Houston. However, the quality of the food so far makes it worth the price. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

My experience at Rim Tanon was good but not exceptional. Overall, the food was solid but I felt that after I paid + tipped, it should have been just a little bit cheaper. The servers were friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere had some cool elements but did not blow us away. However, I would still come back!
