When visiting your establishment @ 2270 Holcomb Houston, Tx. I was told that they didn’t have a public restroom although there clearly was. And I told her that I come here all the time and I know that it’s a restroom here. I end up using the men’s restroom because it was an emergency for me at that point. The door to the restroom did not have a working lock, so a man end up opening the door while I was in there. Then when ordering the lady was so rude and short with me. When I ask to add some cookies to my order, she sig ned and groaned loudly. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me, and said she didn’t have a name. My husband and I decided to leave and l pushed the food back on the counter and left. I hope you’ll see this complaint and check into this situation. Because this can’t keep going on. This is not my first time here. l seen a similar situation happened to someone else at the same Subway. A unpleasant visit. Zero stars

A few hours ago, I along with my 9 year old daughter was heading home from Texas Children Hospital after the routine blood draws of my daughter. We stopped in the parking lot across Subway as it was her formula time. After the formula, my daughter wanted to use restroom as she suddenly started not feeling well. I took her to Subway. It was all empty. Just the two employees, who were not even on the counter, and us. Both employees rushed to the counter in expectation of an order from us. But we politely told them we need to use washroom. They said NO WASHROOM. Again, I asked if they didn’t have any washroom. They said they did have washroom but somebody messed it up so practically it is not usable. I couldn’t believe how come that spacious subway with no washroom working. And how come employees just in a kind of relax mod! At this time I again told them my daughter is feeling sick and that if there is any other restroom around the area. They said they don’t know. Or probably we could try go to nail spa next to them. I felt so helpless at the condition of my daughter. I didn’t see any compassion and cooperation from employees. Female employee kept quiet all the time. Male employee talked with me. I won’t go to them again ever.

Horrible customer Service I asked Irma for lite Mayo. She instead puts regular Mayo on my sandwich without telling me that there's no more lite mayo. I politely asked her why she didn't inform me before putting regular mayo on my sandwich. She responded with an attitude. She then stated that with an horrible attitude that she wouldn't make another sandwich even though she messed up the first one. Another lady who worked there who refused to give me her name stated that I should leave. All of this occurred because Irma messed up my sandwich Thus happened at 3pm on Wed

Irma i think her name was, extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. went in to get a sandwich for my daughter and had to use the bathroom first. the womens bathroom was locked so i asked if she could unlock it. she rudely told me it was broken so i told her i would use the mens. while in the bathroom this lady approached my 10 year old daughter who was waiting outside the bathroom door and told her we had to buy a sandwich because bathrooms are for paying customers. this lady should never approach a minor and second she could have told me that when i talked to her instead of being spineless and approaching a minor. when i got out of the bathroom my daughter told me what this lady said. so of course i dont want a sandwich anymore from this location. she had made my daughter nervous so my daughter goes we have to buy a sandwich now and i told her no we don't....this rude, cant mind her business lady yells out yes you do. so i went off on her. this is the worst customer service i have ever seen at a subway. seems like everyone complains about this woman. she needs to look for a job that doesn't require working with people.

Ordered a turkey sandwich and I noticed the turkey meat was shredded not full slices of meat. Employee only added small pieces on my foot long and I asked why. She just stared at me. Then an older lady came out and told me I could leave. What kind of customer service is that?!? When I asked for Managment information they didn’t know it nor could they find it. Ridiculous. I will continue to report this store to Subway HQ to let them know this franchise is not standing up to their standards.
