Uptown Kolaches And Donuts

I was coming to this place when they first opened. The service was great and the lady Antonio was nice. Everytime somebody worked my store I would tell them how great it was and to try them even my boss. As time went on the service has been horrible and I do mean horrible. The lady Antonio has become very rude and this is not the first time. They use to be open until 2 on Sundays and changed it until 12. So i called to order a hamburger at 11am. She told me that I can't order it bc she doesn't have the grill on and is not turning the grill on. I was like but you guys close at 12 and I am calling in advance. I said I don't understand. She said she has shut the grill down and is not making them. I began to ask her was the manager there which is the owner. She said no. I said well can i get his name because I want to speak with him. She then told me her name. I told her that I knew who she was. She then asked me if I was the girl that worked at the store behind them i said yes I come in all the time. She continued to refuse to give me the managers name. Then told me she was busy. I know she was not busy because I had just passed the location. Then she was like ughhh. How rude is that for you to talk to a customer that way I thought. Especially a customer who comes in all the time. She refused to give me the managers name. I was highly upset especially since this is not the first time she has been rude. Another time I thought I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache. When I got to my job I noticed it was not that so I went back. I said I think I got the wrong thing because it has egg in it. She said no that is what you orderd. I said I didn't mean to order that then . She then says well I'm not giving you something else. I said I didn't ask you to give me anything I can pay for it. I just don't understand how Antonio can be so rude. I work in customer service maybe she needs to be trained on proper customer service etiquette. I will never buy anything from them and I will never refer anybody to go there.
