Typically I’m in and out, but tonight was jammed packed. The college kids were hanging out and got free food and it was a mad house. I placed an online order for curbside and received it like 30 minutes later than I was supposed to. Guest that ordered after me got their food before me… I was hot as fish grease. Not happy at all.

The food was good and most of the service was good, but there was an assistant manager or shift leader that didn't want to allow me to get my burger the way I wanted it. I'm so glad the young man waiting on me asked the manager on duty. She was very kind and helpful. Although the shift leader was probably doing what she had been told if a customer wants to remove things from their burger you should let them with no argument.

The employees at Whataburger are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is always extra clean. Never saw trash all over the parking lot food is exceptionally good never really heard of any drama there I love the whataburger on old Spanish Trail. I love it so much aiI eat there everyday. Those of you reading this review I suggest you go there and give it an shot.

I love the service and even though when they got my order wrong the food was still good because of the prompt time of me ordering who would ever imagine is stay hot until I got home and this was in Houston Texas
