Little Caesars

It's $5 pizza, what can you expect... I expect not to be ripped off by the lil snot nose named Joey...you never get the correct change from him, he likes to scam a nickel here, a quarter there, buy when it gets to dollars I have to say something. I will only pay cash after we caught him overcharging my credit card. His attitude is terrible as well as most of the workers & all he has to offer is corporates number...just stay away...

The lady at the counter payed no attention to us at all for 20 minutes. When we finally ordered it took another 30 minutes. They don't man the drive through but can't be bothered to put a sign up. The pizza wasn't well made. No hot and ready available. The people look like they are just standing around not even making pizzas. Don't bother ordering online they won't have it by the time you go in.

I am a regular customer at the blackhawk location. 3 times these week I have been told by the young lady in the drive thru I would wait 1hour in a half forregular hot and ready pizza I was only able to pick up online order in drive thru there was absolutely no customers inside and no one in drive thru how ridiculous is that. Management needs to pay more attention and teach them some customer service very rude young lady she refused to provided me her name

I called to try to tell them to spread my toppings evenly but i was on hold 30 min and no answer. I ordered trhu the website but there was no place to leave instructions. Last time i ordered all my toppings were in the center. They need better phone service. And they skimpout on toppings even though you paying more for them.

I’ll keep this short so it’s read. I ordered from little Caesar’s website for delivery. This sends the order to doordash but the website does NOT indicate this anywhere until you pay your money. My order was never delivered. I called the store multiple times on hold for 15 minutes each, they NEVER answer. This caused me to have to go in person to which I was told they could not refund or remake my order since it was through doordash. I told them I contracted with them not doordash so if there’s an issue they need to contact doordash not have me do it (although I’d already done this prior to going to the store but they sent me BACK to LC). I asked the lady for the corporate number to which she points to the door and tells me I can get it off the door. I said I’m asking you to provide it to me not send me to find it off of one of the many stickers you have on the door. She told me that’s the best she can do for me, she’s telling me how to get the number and she doesn’t have it memorized because they don’t deal with corporate. I left with no order and no refund of my $27!

I went to Little Caesar on Blackhawk on Sunday and they had no pizzas available and told me that I had to drive around for 15 minutes and the pizza will be ready. After 15 minutes the manager came to the window and said that I have to place my order. I don’t recommend going to that little Caesar poor customer service
