Wingstop

Wingstops are generally all the same and this location in the past has been a hit or miss for me, but today's staff was amazing. The lady working in the front (9/11 @1pm) was friendly and attentive. She quickly got my order together and placed it on my table when it was ready (other wingstops just place the order on the counter when ready). I cough a little while eating in and the lady checked w/ me if I was good. That was thoughtful of her. When I was done eating, a gentleman came to pick my tray up for me which is nice because usually there's always unkept tables at wingstops but not at this location. It's those small details that are nice to have. Also the food was excellent today. Wings/fries extra crispy and I got fresh celery. 😋

I had an excellent experience at Wingstop thanks to the exceptional service provided by employee Adriana. She was incredibly nice and professional, making my visit truly enjoyable. Her dedication and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Adriana's outstanding customer service deserves recognition, and I believe she should be considered for a raise. Thank you for making my visit to Wingstop memorable!

This place blew me away tonight. Last time I visited many months ago I waited for my online order about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Tonight I walked in and not only was my order ready on time, but each flavor I ordered included a couple bonus boneless wings, and they all tasted fresh and hot. No skimping on the sauce either. Wingstop is the best, 10x better than bww any day

First time ever getting a call to let me know my order was ready for pickup from any Wingstop and it was a nice addition that I didn’t know I wanted or needed. Wingstop on Yale Street was very efficient and customer oriented. The only thing I wish Wingstop did was label the flavors. I wanted to try (3) limited flavors and could make out what the flavors was but it would have been nice to see it labeled. Either way, I’ll always order from Wingstop and if I need to pick up, I’ll make sure to go to Yale Street.

The atmosphere was not bad but pretty small place for a group of 7. The staff and people working there 5/5. Got the boneless wings atomic flavor. Burns my mouth which is good but the flavor is 2/5. Overall 3/5. The soda machine flavors were stale in general, but I’ll give this place a 4/5 for fast service.

New staff is very hospitable. The guy who took my order (I think the chef) was very helpful. The girl who took my payment was polite. The young man who gave me my meal asked if I wanted to double check. As I left the same guy (I’m assuming head chef) made sure everything was good. It was 11 pm, late, so at that time staff is usually tired but they were all on point. Will be back again.
