I have been eating at lunch at Sam's for at least 18 years. It doesn't matter what you order it is always outstanding. The service from the moment you order to the moment you eat as always great. The atmosphere of this place takes me back to the good old days, very nostalgic

The guy who takes the orders is awesome! He remembers who you are and gives exceptional customer service. My favorite thing to eat there is the BLT. They aren’t stingy with the amount of bacon they put on it and they cook it to perfection always! Lunch at Sam’s is my favorite place to eat lunch.

This place was soooo good, the burger was the literal best!!! So cute and quaint in an old house in Carverdale, it's a bit confusing when you first walk in but just look at the menu board, order at the counter, pay and wait for your number to be called! There are 4-5 tables by the soda machine and what seemed like a much bigger dining room that was closed at the time I went.

This unassuming hidden gem is the kind of place where everybody knows your name. I watched the guy at the register greet people by name as they walked in, and wish them a good afternoon by name as they left. Great burgers, great prices. I'll be looking for excuses to be in the area for lunch at Sam's now often.

That was delicious.
Good food at a good price (777 special was under $9 with tax, and came with a burger, good amount of fries and a drink.)
Fries were a bit bland, but nothing a bit of Creole and ketchup won’t fix. The burger was the opposite! Well seasoned and tasty!
