Jack In The Box

I gave 4 stars because my order was taken incorrectly. However, the lady named Karen/Carry (I can't remember 😩) was GREAT!!! She was SO polite and courteous and got our order out fast. The items were bagged neatly and the inside of the restaurant was clean. She also took care of us when we returned for our correct items making sure everything was fresh and made correctly, and gave us fresh fries. I have never had a good experience at this establishment until tonight and I think she should be recognized for her dedication because we all know customer service jobs are not easy! This was around midnight on a Sunday

Honestly I would have to say that this location has so much work in order for them to become competitive against others around them. They always seem to get the order wrong, they never give a receipt, they are always giving old food with old grease. Several times I have gone through the drive-through to pick up an order for or for a chicken sandwich or tacos and go to the window to pay and then they say they do not have that that I was stupid or deaf and they did not say that. Unfortunate for any customer that would like a quick meal.

This is literally the worse jack in the box I have ever been too any time past 9pm they are always doing "shift change" it doesn't matter what time it is. The other night I had gotten off work and went there around 10pm and sat at the order window for 15 minutes with no response or anything. I tried to get their attention and was ignored. before pulling up to the window I waited behind a car who had got to order and when I talked to her she was extremely rude telling me they were doing a shift change mind you there were 6 other cars behind me I asked her what about the other cars she told me they were just going to have to sit there or find out the way I did. I mean it's just rude. But do not go to this jack in the box it's a minute from my house and extremely convenient but there's always some kind of excuse as to why they aren't taking orders.

I will be contacting ABC new regarding my order I just purchased from this location! The food was cooked in old grease and the tacos were old! How you expect us to help businesses if their SELLING old food? Too much going on for this to be happening. I didn't get a receipt for nothing. No one to call but a fax number
