As a priority pass experience, the Cadillac restaurant and bar was a very welcome option at Bush, and would honestly be a great choice regardless of the location. My carnitas were tender, juicy, and flavorful and the mojito was a beautifully minty drink.

Had a wonderful snack and a delicious margarita while waiting for my flight from Houston to Atlanta.
The bar is well stocked, the service was excellent, and there was no hesitation from the bartender to check in and confirm my preferences when my order that was placed via the QR code at the bar didn't translate properly!
The guacamole was so delicious that I found myself eating nearly the whole dish!
The view from the bar isn't bad at all, and considering this spot was further from my gate than I'd typically venture, I don't regret walking the terminal to enjoy a peaceful break from the rush of the airport.
10/10 I'll be back here next time I'm in Houston!

The customer service was top-notch! I got my food within minutes of ordering and it was delicious! The wait-staff kept checking if I was okay without hovering. This was during lunch time.. it was packed!

Came to get a Mexican fix for breakfast while we waited for our layover.
Wish they serviced chips and salsa/guacamole for breakfast.
They have a quick pay option that allows you to self seat and settle the bill quickly. The place was clean and spacious.
Food was flavourful and fair priced. Service was quick and food was fresh.
