Esperanza was so polite and quick with our order. Burger King is one of my go to fast food spots and I prefer this one.

I was welcomed in as soon as I walked in! The manager was very nice!!! I asked for fresh mozzarella sticks as always and I really enjoyed my lunch today! Everything was great! Thank you!

Esperanza is the reason I go to this location. She is friendly and always remembers my kids and me. As the GM, she runs a tight ship haha! Food is always hot and mobile app order is always fulfilled accurately. When I pull up to the window, she welcomes me with a smile and is ready to hand over crowns for my kids.

It is a quiet little place in the middle.of.a.lot of hustle and bustle going on outside. They were nice enough to me, but I could feel something in the air as they spoke nothing but.spanish to each other while I was around. That is bad manners, ladies. The place was very clean.

This is the best Burger King in my area. Ms. Esperanza took my order she was patient well knowledgeable of the menu and ensured my food was hot and and fresh!! Yummy 😋

Her ability to take initiative, and act without instruction leading to both the satisfaction of the customer, and the best interest of the organization, meeting at a point, is exactly what all companies need in their employees in order for them to remain relevant and successful.
It would make me the happiest consumer in existence if there were more Ashley's to fulfill my requests at every business I patronize.

Esperanza made me feel like this location is a hommeee 🥰 she was so kind and sweet, very thorough and knowledgeable. i’ve came here before and she serviced me and remembered me!! it’s always a special feeling when that happens. she pays extra attention to detail and that is also very special to me as i have a tricky/extra request order. not many places are nice to me when ordering w dietary restrictions, and i appreciate Esperanza immensely for that! the fries are EXTRA HOT and PERFECTLY crisp!!!!!

Never been asked if I would like a king crown. Thought that was cool. Esperanza was really helpful. I couldn't navigate the burger King app, she helped me! Food was amazing.
