Church's Texas Chicken

I have always preferred Church's Chicken to most other fast food chicken places. My one complaint is the biscuits. I just don't like the glaze. It makes them hard. I prefer a softer biscuit or roll. I know many will dispute me, but when I lived overseas the Church's was all I had and I have a huge fondness for it. It is just good chicken. They don't brag about all the "bells and whistles". So, yes I am biased a bit but the value is good and the chicken is just right. This particular location is a bit rough as I live in a largely immigrant / ethnic neighborhood and don't speak Spanish. I don't let it deter me though and the service has always been great despite a y language barrier. I respect that and it keeps me loyal to the location and the chicken.

Omar was AMAZING!!!! I've never visited a drive-thru and had such friendly service EVER. I had just got off work and had a rough day, and his friendliness and attention my needs as a cuatomer made me smile, before I even pulled up to the window. I had fresh food that was made with a sense of urgency. Great Job to Omar, I hope he owns his own restaurant one day. I loved this experience!!
