The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. My husband and I came for lunch, and we did experience a couple issues, however we spoke to the manager, Spencer, and he did not hesitate to take initiative and fix things. He had a remake of our food, as well as offered a discount. We really appreciated how he was so helpful and made our experience great.

Honestly, I don't leave reviews often but the service here was on another level. I would have thought I was eating out at 5 star place with how comfortable and welcome I felt. The manager, Spencer, in particular was phenomenal. You can tell he really cares about the restaurant and the patrons that come in, as well as building an atmosphere that his employees thrive in. Obviously the food was 10/10 too, but I always love Red Lobster. Can't recommend enough!

I was happy that it was pretty bare in the restaurant when we arrived. Thankfully we beat the rush as while we were eating two very large parties came.
My party partook in the never-ending shrimp. I am still not a fan of the dipping sauce with the coconut shrimp, but everything else was pretty nice.
Our waitress was amazing. She made the evening quite enjoyable. Wish that she gave her name, but she just worked.
I do wish that the restaurant had more variety in beer but overall the evening was nice.

My friend took me there today for my birthday! We both had the Endless Shrimp and it was great!

Our server Ali was on it! Must have had the entire half side of the restuarant but he was hustling it and didn't miss a beat. Great food. Glad red lobster added shrimp Linguine back on the endless shrimp. We have a red lobster closer to us but had such awful service last time that we decided to drive twice as far. Ali made it worth it.

I visited this location with my family( husband and an 11 and 4 year old). I have been here before and it is never busy. The wait time to be seated was about 3 minutes. We ordered shrimp and lobster tacos, Mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, lobster dip, fries, and seasoned green beans with ranch dressing. Our food was nice and hot upon arrival and our server, Gina, was very attentive. One down side was that it was freezing in the restaurant, which made it difficult to get comfortable while waiting for our meal.

Zoe is my waitress, she does a very well job of bringing everything you need. She plans ahead to make sure you spend your time just enjoying your food and converse peacefully. The food that was prepared had a great presentation and taste in every bite. I highly recommend this place
