The heart and soul of the university of Houston. The staff are super sweet and kind abs care about their customers. One of the employees made my meal twice on accident and let me consume both LOL. all the workers act like a sweet fairy god mother or a super loving grandma. It’s chill.

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie from here through the starship app and while there was a delay the delivery was super smooth the food quality was also really good. If you are visiting the campus or are a freshman I would recommend this place.

My all time favorite place for fresh morning bagels and creamiest smears. Wouldn’t mind mugs of their fresh roasted ground coffee with cream. Einstein makes my morning fresh and satisfying!

Took a bit long but I wasn't really mad since this doesn't usually happen. I've worked in customer service before and it happens. No one is perfect. The food was really good. Erica seem to have a positive attitude.

Prices are higher than I would have expected for a Starbucks competitor and the line is painful. Staff was great and gets five stars.

Great bagels, efficient service even when it gets busy. Sometimes the workers have a whole table with their things on it and no one sitting there which makes it harder to find a place to sit & eat. Watched them get annoyed with and complain about a girl who sat there for 5 minutes to eat her bagel.
