Wendy's

I've had good and bad experiences with this Wendys location. I made an app order where I requested lettuce on a bacon burger, and they removed the bun!! Instead of reading the order, they just assumed I was ordering keto (I triple checked my receipt to make sure I didn't accidentally mess it up). I had an order that had no ketchup no mustard, and they had both on it. These are no "over the speaker" drive-through orders, but actual "submitted online, READ THE REQUEST" orders. Very frustrating. WITH THAT IN MIND... I have to say they've improved over the past 6 months. My pickup orders are VERY fast (ready by the time I get to the window) and, again, over the past 6 months, I've not had a single mess-up. I don't know if I've just been lucky, or if they've improved since then, but I appreciate the effort and I'm most certainly a loyal customer. My kids and I have the meal deals all the time, and over-the-app ordering has made everything great. I'd say you got a 95% chance of them getting your order right, where as the Whataburger across the highway is CURRENTLY at about a 60% chance, at best. (I've had two lunch-hours ruined by that Whataburger). Thanks Wendy's. Thanks Wendy's employees. Great work. ((NOTE - I did not rate atmosphere because I always go through drivethrough)). My go-tos are the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, and the bacon burgers (no ketchup, no mustard). The mix for the vanilla coke tastes weird, but the cherry coke is spot on tasty!!!

I got it drive-thru for breakfast because I had a deal on the app. It was fast and the staff was nice. I got the honey butter chicken biscuit combo. It was good, nothing to write home about, but it was obviously better than the McDonald's chicken biscuit. The potatoes were good, I think they were cooked well and didn't feel full of oil. The coffee was mediocre, but it's fine for a fast food coffee

I ate here yesterday and was a really enjoyable experience the cashier Christian did a over achieving job at not only making sure my order was correct making sure I was getting everything I asked for made me feel valued as a customer only thing I’d say they need work on is getting more people like Christian

Got the 2 for 6 deal and an extra bacon cheeseburger. The quality is still what I remember for the most part but the serving size isn't as large and the price is a dollar more now. Still it's cheaper than getting that variety separate. The honey mustard dressing is the weakest I had in a long time, almost no spice or sweetness to it any more.

I went here for the first time today, and am nothing but impressed. The person taking care of my order was absolutely amazing. She was kind, fast, and helpful. The food was fast and fresh as can be, and not to mention delicious. If im ever in the area, I will absolutely detour to come here. It’s worth it.

You know, eating a fresh patty from Wendy's really gives you an idea of how much better it is than other fast food joints. I like it much better than McD, that's for sure. This particular location is pretty nice. Modern furniture and feels clean. It's a pretty old location, too, so they've taken pretty good care of it and made nice updates. If you haven't gotten their app yet, you should think about getting it. Some pretty good deals to be had on the app.
