I drove up and inside was youngsters. Well I'm a grandma lol. Anyway, very kind, respectful, customer service that their parents should be proud of . A rare quantity to find and see in some. So I'm very grateful to have pulled up to this jack in the( crack 😆😂) box

The young men at this location were very respectful and polite. They explained how items were made and overall patient. Food was good for the price. 4 stars because my sandwich had mayo which I asked to remove.

Never been to this location. Fairly new. They got a $5 box that hits the spot if your hungry but not hungry. Curly fries come on the combo with a drink. Can't beat this deal. Loved it! Young people at this one are nice..Good customer service

I ordered the mini loaded tacos with the egg rolls and taste was like no other.The reason for the 4 stars was the person taking the order messing it up which was very minor as I went back and got what I actually ordered. The food is very cheap and is delicious 9/10 would definitely go back. ( Have definitely not gone back three days in a row 😅)

Just want to say I came for lunch the other day and they heard my order wrong. I wanted a large fry and the young man heard large sprite. Let me say, he fixed it with out question. I offered to pay any difference and he looked at his manager and visual nod and said nope. Someone one should know that his actions embodies “no fault fix it” he deserves recognition.

For as busy as they are, I must say that I was impressed. There were 6 vehicles ahead of me; still, my order was on point and on time. The fries were hot and crispy; the Jumbo Jack was the best, and seemed a little bigger. The lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh. The juicy beef patty was just right. To top it off, I did NOT have to ask for my receipt😳💃🏾They have done their jobs well. (I actually visit alot of Jacks in the Houston area.)
