Chili's

The food was good, the service was great our waitress Hanna was awesome and the drinks she made were Great. My only 2 complaints: 1. the crispy chicken in my saled was day old and I had to change for fresh grilled which made the salad taste way better!!! 2. the quesadilla on the salad was not real... it's sucked. Other than that it was Ok..OK... ill be back

There was only one option for meatless options on the "Three for Me" special. If you could just pick an entree, there'd have been more variety. But we each ordered the Old Timer Burger (Chipotle black bean patty substitute) w/fries. It was cooked well, but I'm pretty sure those are the patties they sell at Sam's or Costco from Morning Star (I buy them myself), which isn't imaginative for a restaurant. They weren't very busy. Chili's has fallen off as far as crowds and is probably because they don't necessarily offer too much you can't just buy at the big box or make at home anymore. And why overpay just to be out? Our waitress was nice, attentive, and friendly. Food came out fast. The place was clean because it was mostly empty.

I spent a couple hours here recouping after donating plasma earlier in the day. My server was Halee and she was super super sweet. This was my first time going out to eat alone and get some work done; usually I get too anxious about being approached by strangers when I’m alone. But I got the 3 for 10 and it was bomb. I had my lil laptop out (free Wi-Fi) and just hung out there for a lil while, enjoyed a great meal, and talked with Halee. She was super attentive, super sweet, was always there when I needed something, and got my food out faster than I could eat it lol. I will most definitely be back when I’m in the area. Truly the best experience I could ask for at Chilis. Thank you Halee doll :)

I just came here for a late lunch during my work day. I didn't get my servers name but he was an older hispanic gentlement and he had an accent and kept calling me "my lady" like the Renaissance days which made me laugh every time. His shirt said he was a trainer and I 100% see why!!! He was amazing! He did a great job with serving me and making sure that I didn't need anything! Even after I left he still made sure that I had a drink to go and boxes and etc! Food was great and hot and fresh! It was a pleasure to visit!

Ordered on doordash,it came quicker than I thought. We ordered classic ribeye and swiss mushroom burger. The food was alright, ribeye of course can't compare to the ribeye at steakhouse, but it was juicy. Personally I feel whataburger has better mushroom burger, and cheaper. Overall the food was alright, perhaps will order different food.

It is not my first time coming to this location but today even if they are short staff the team did a great job. I had to wait few minutes before get My table. My margaritas were delicious. I got the 3 sampler with eggroll, boneless buffalo wings and cheese bites (first time and I love them, very tasty and good). Also we got the fajita 3 (chicken, shrimp and steak) , a buffalo burger ( as I request, pickles on the side and mayonnaise too) and for the little one mac and cheese with corn cob.... I supposed was good because she ate everything. Our food (adults) were very tasty, fresh and delicious. The experience today was great plus it is my bday and I asked for the volcano cake plus song! The team sing for me and my little one was very proud and happy because she requested the song. The staff even short did a great job. Thank you for your hard work and dedication . You made my day very special after a rough day in the office. Thanks!

The food here is always good and that’s the one thing that saves them from getting lower than a 4 star review. The one thing every time that makes it’s less that subpar is the customer service. I always order from the app just to make things easier. And I give them ample amount of time to get it prepared. I work in Atascocita and it takes me about 40 minutes to get to this side of town where I live. The past 3 times I’ve ordered and provided a tip during the app just because I know times are hard. But I won’t be doing that anymore because it’s no reason I should get a text from the restaurant telling me my order is ready, I get there about 15 minutes after that text, and still have to wait and additional 15 before I even get someone to come out to the car and bring the order. Restaurants that are not busy should not have a problem with slow service especially when you don’t even offer takeout. Curbside is the only option, and it’s still slow. Tipping is for the waiters and waitresses who care about their customers and go above and beyond and the same young girl that has helped me ( or should I say not helped me) each time has a nonchalant attitude. Chili’s this is the one thing that you can improve on especially when most businesses are hurting for business.

We got 2 lunch specials--Double Burger and Boneless Chicken Wings. The food was delicious, and the lunch specials were a pretty good deal. Atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Service was fast and our server was attentive and had a good attitude. Glad we could make it here on a weekday so we could enjoy the lunch specials. Will be back!

This place is good. We went here and celebrated my Grandmas birthday, our waitress was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much. We have been here a lot my hubby and I for date night. And absolutely love it here, the food is really great and we haven't hand any issues except one and they took care of it. My family and I love it here, I always get the 3 for $10 deals and I always have leftovers.
