Ceviche And Go Katy

This cute little yellow food truck is a hidden gem! I am thrilled that they exist! For starters, they offer a wide selection of ceviche as well as baja style tacos, which I must say, I am still craving to this day. Their tacos are the bomb diggity and they are seriously the best fish and shrimp tacos I've ever had!! You can choose between two sauces, Cilantro Lime if you're feeling a little cool that day, or Spicy Chipotle! I had the spicy chipotle sauce on my taco which rocked my world. As for the ceviche, you honestly can't go wrong with a preset ceviche, or if you want, you can even make your own. My favorites were the Asian and Mexican! So FRESH and packed with flavor. What is even better is that they make your order right then and there. It's literally fresh and made with love when you order! You get your money's worth with them, so trust me it's worth that drive, or if you're ever in the surrounding Katy area, I highly recommend you stop by their truck off of Fry Rd. It's in the gas station parking lot by the way!!! I hope they open more trucks in Houston, I will be back over and over again!

What stuck out to me at Ceviche and Go was the quality of the ingredients. You could really taste the freshness and the veggies were crisp! They offer different variations of ceviche, so you can get anything from Asian inspired to Peruvian. Not only do they offer ceviche but delicious tacos as well. I know poke has been a big thing in Houston lately, so if you love poke you need to give ceviche a try. As I mentioned before, the quality of fish is great, and other ingredients as well. The tacos have this crisp outside layer, and the sauces are to die for. Lastly, the customer service is amazing. These guys are a wealth of knowledge! You need to give Ceviche and Go a try! My favorites were the Asian, Hawaiian, and fish tacos!

My wife and I saw the FB ad and decided to give it a try since we are both very big fans of ceviche. It was a great decision! We tried the peruvian fish ceviche, as well as the fish and shrimp tacos and they were all very delicious. Fresh and great taste! I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves baja style tacos and ceviche.
