😫🩵 100/10 survey review for Tobey! Ohhh my God! The world 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘪𝘮! I went to PB to pick up my mobile order. I was greeted by this ahhhhmazing example of 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥. He was so polite, professional and he just simply and effortlessly gave that “I’m here to help you” vibe that 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘚 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 know how. Anyways, I got my order and realized that one of items was missing. I went back and told them, and he was just so kind, and apologized. He was so sincere and genuine that I told him to give me a hug! Hey Panera! Tobey deserves to be recognized, and should be considered to train others about how to provide nothing but short of EXCELLENT service! What am amazing employee you have ✨

Great outdoor and indoor area. Not very spacious inside so be aware it can get loud. Food was okay, I have had better in other locations. Staff was very friendly and got the order right. My husband’s salad was tragic but my order came out right. The problem for me was a table of teenagers being ridiculous loud, yelling, laughing and recording Tik Toks. They were there for 3 h and no one from the staff addressed them. I had to go outside to take a call because I couldn’t hear anything in headphones.

Nice and clean, huge space inside and a lot of space ouside. The spinach and white egg breakfast sandwich which came with avacado and cheese was somehow tasteless because of the proportion of ingredients combined with the type of bread, but it was definitely very fresh. The interior was also freezing cold. But a really nice place overall.

Stopped by here for snacks. Had Margerita Flatbread Pizza, a croissant, a strawberry banana smoothie, and plum ginger hibiscus tea. Food and drinks were very good. Service was fast and friendly; I ordered at a self-service kiosk and someone brought our food to us. Atmosphere was pleasant. Glad to have stopped by.

I'm a frequent Paneraoid who is consistently frustrated when I make a request and the staff tells me it's impossible. I've been coming to this location for the last few months and have always been satisfied.Today, I was thrilled. They got it so right. Salad, soup and sandwich just the way I requested. Happy camper I am.
