American Girl Bistro

i grew up in this store from the day it’s doors opened. i had such amazing experiences every time i went and i hate to see it close. i even dreamed to work here one day. i used to go almost every week because my brother played hockey at memorial. some employees knew me by name. i would watch the employees open and close the store through the windows at my brothers hockey practices when it wasn’t open. i bought so many of my dolls here, i had my birthday here, and went every January first to get the girl of the year. i have nothing but love and nostalgia for this place. it had so many loyal customers like me and closing it due to mall renovations really saddens me. i hope the company reconsiders but in the meantime, thank you so much for the 10 amazing years, it made my childhood the best it could’ve ever been.

FAVORITE PLACE!! I’ve been going here for about 2-3 years and I love seeing all the dolls, sets, and baby dolls! (So cute) I love that you guys put the sets on display it really gives a “try on” chance. the baby section is ADORABLE The littles area is so warm and welcoming, It has a swaddle section, a laundry area, and a place for the littles to play with the strollers! The wellie wishers area is so cute, the dollhouse, Real life sized house, and even a silly mirror kids can use, it’s all really adorable. The little things make a HUGE difference too! From revolving doors to a cafe that brings a smile to your girls face they have it all. I came there when the dollhouse was displayed and it was so cool! It was neat and fun. The workers are polite and friendly, It was nice for my mother to get along with them and interact. I hope you enjoy this store as much as I did, bye!

My daughter and I are huge fans of American Girl! I read the books when I was little and now I get to play with my daughter’s dolls! Yay for me!! I mean, I play with my daughter. (Hahaha) We love walking around the beautiful store, we talk about each doll and what she likes about them, their story, the pet, what era they lived in. She is so curious and has amazing questions! This visit we went with her cousins and they spent time watching the ladies do the doll’s hair in the salon. Too cute! They had so much fun giggling and chatting throughout the store. Finally, my daughter found Corinne’s baby brother! This is what she had been saving her money to buy herself. She also decided to buy 2 of Kira’s books! We wish they would sell more baby items and a tiny baby koala too! Can’t wait to come back and visit again! We wish they would open a store in Austin, Tx!! They should have a Cowgirl for their next doll!

i really like this store. my daughter loves it. we been coming to this store since she was 2 years old. We had a quite a collection. But the reason I am giving five stars are no only because of the toys. Indeed, my daughter loves going because she can play with dolls that are in display. She plays at least 2 hours and I am no exaggerating. The staff never, never been disrespectful and they never reject or ask us to leave. I really thank you for that because my daughter loves so much and it is her favorite store. if you have girls believe me they will love this store. We dont necessarily buy things all the times. sometime she just goes to play with dolls. I hope this tradition never changes.

This was by FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST experience we have ever had at an American Girl Doll store! We have taken our daughter to many other AGD stores and they have all been good experiences, but the staff at this location was so beyond amazing to us, and so helpful without the slightest inclination of being a “sales person”! We got there ~30min before closing and they showed zero stress about my daughter still wanting to “look around” before making any purchasing decisions. I wish there was a bonus Star we could award this staff just based on how great they were with us!

As an American Girl collector of over 15 years I was thrilled to visit a new AG store. This store is on the smaller side compared to some of the other ones but is still a great place to shop and see the dolls in person. Their cafe is only open on weekends and I wish that was reflected on the store's website somewhere, but oh well. Very friendly staff and the store was well stocked and organized. I hope to return again someday!
