Clean! not over crowded everyone had mask on price was budget friendly for sure staff was nice and helpful first time visiting Will definitely be coming back To be trying different sandwiches we had a roast beef provolone rye marble breed hot! And a Turkey provolone salami cold cuts where fresh and pretty sure boars head so really good Quality and amazing selection and gotta love the brown paper bag menu that your sandwich is actually served in!! takes the old paper bag lunch to a whole different level really good sides an desserts and chips!

I've been going to this sandwich shop pretty consistently for lunch since I moved to Houston. I'm a creature of habit so if I find the spot AND the food, I'm hooked. Numerous locations with a new set up in the tunnels downtown. My recommendation...falafel on jalapeño cheddar bun with lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, and pickle. I've been eating that for years. Star docked for the falafel being a little wet at the tunnels location as of late- usually it's crispy, fluffy and oh so yummy!

I have been coming here everyday for the past month or so. Everyone is down to earth and very friendly. This is one of the few places that still care to build a relationship with the customer - It’s to the point where I walk in the door, they already know my order and start cooking it. The food is delicious, fast and always fresh. PS: their chocolate chip cookies and ham and cheese breakfast kolaches are a must.

One of the best places to eat downtown and possibly the very top of the list for sandwich shops anywhere, in my opinion. Consistent good taste (I've eaten here multiple times) and quality ingredients. Never disappointed. Maybe it's just my personal preference, but the cookies are the best I've had in recent memory. I have made visits for the sole purpose of buying them. They are also quite generous with the serving size of deli meat, but vegetarian options (*I havent explored them) are available too. As a bonus, you can even make a last minute decision to convert your dine-in to a 'to-go' without ever returning to the counter since the brown bag, which functions as your menu and official order, always arrives with your food. If you've never been, don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself.
