Ok I am filling this out on the day after Houston had one of the worst floods in a long time. I showed up at opening to this Lenny's and was informed by Ben, the manager that they had no power. I was really bummed since my goal was to get a bunch of sandwiches to take them to my family that had gotten flooded in. Ben offered to then make the sandwiches with the bread he had and then offered to cut the meat with a knife since the slicer had no power! When they say you should go above and beyond for a customer, he really did! I came back in the next day to get a meal and was glad to see the power was back on. Ben, thank you for offering to help me feed my family! You're one of the reasons I'll always come back to this Lenny's!
