Lived in Kansas City for years so I have had some great barbecue in my life. We have relatives who recently moved to Houston, and wile visiting them, we found this gem. It was my all time favorite brisket. Amazing bark; incredible smoked flavor and the juiciest marbling ever! Everything else we tried was solid as well: Ribs; beans; dirty rice; and potato salad. And the owner and all staff were incredibly nice and clearly care about the food they prepare. This place is worth a drive!!! And we will definitely return every time we visit our family in Houston.

This has to be the best BBQ in Houston. I'm from Phoenix Az. And this place has better BBQ then anywhere in my home state. Also must try the potato salad. It is the best I have ever had. I only wish I lived close by to have some more BBQ. The brisket was so moist and tender. This is truly delicious BBQ. not much to see from the outside. But the BBQ won't disappoint

Amazingly good ribs and brisket. We found this place on our drive west of Houston and struck gold by coming here. Don’t miss the boudin. Not a fancy place, but top notch food served by warm and gracious people. Not to be missed

Excellent BBQ. Ordered 4lbs brisket, 3lbs ribs, two whole chickens, and beans, slaw, and potato salad for our party. Food was great and all guest enjoyed it.
We had a minor issue at pick up with the order not being fulfilled exactly, but they made it right and even threw in an extra half pound of brisket to make up for it.
It’s a small family owned business in a hole in the wall strip mall. You wouldn’t come here for the atmosphere or to dine in with a large group, but the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable, so perfect for takeout. Will order from here again.

I am from Georgia and my friend from Utah. We stopped by and had a great meal of brisket and ribs. The beans and dirty rice were great as well. Highly recommend visiting. The service was great! Thanks again, Leo!

The establishment was very comfortable and the food was very tasty. Old fashioned Beaumont Beef links available.
My absolute favorite is the homemade sausage...along with some awesome beans and potato salad......served with some Texas Toast!!!!!😊😋😊

In the area and was surprised how close it was to this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had their special. Chicken and Brisket were really tender and had a nice flavor to them both. Sausage was a little dry but still had a nice taste to it. Potato salad was on point. We got a pecan pie too! Reminded me of my grandmothers. 😊
