Subway

Kind of surprised by the comments here. I have never had any problems at this location. Employees have always been nice. In fact I fell asleep last evening and woke up at 9:10 pm. Checked online and saw they were open until 10:00 pm. I jumped in my car and got there around 9:20 pm. Forgetting that they might still be under covid hours, turns out I walked in after they were closed. I went in because I had seen some kids inside. I saw a sign on the door but I didn't have my glasses on so didn't know what it said. Turns out the kids were the children of the employee, I guess there to pick her up. She walked out from the back, saw me and without any hesitation smiled and said "C'mon I will take care of you ". She then proceeded to take my order, make my sandwich and smiled the entire time. I work in industrial sales, talk on the phone all day long. A person's tone when speaking goes a long way in a business transaction and you could hear the smile in her voice. Great customer service in my book.

I went in today and Jessie was the guy who helped me. He asked my how my day was, new years plans, and Christmas. It didn't take long at all to realize he is genuinely a good person. He kept a smile on his face and showed a great attitude about putting together my sandwich. I hope someone big sitting in their corporate office recognizes this review and properly thanks him for his winning service. Thanks again Jessie and Happy New Years!
