I called and asked about water pumps for my Kenmore Elite washing machine. The lady who answered checked the stock at the Post Oak location and even called the shop to confirm the parts. By the time I pulled up 10 minutes later, they already had 1 part on the counter and was working on pulling the other. Was out of there in 5 minutes with everything I needed and now my machine is back up and running. These guys are GOOD!

I've been purchasing parts from this location for over 4 years, like many other technicians, I consider this my second Appliance parts family. Always helpful and friendly! Plus, when you know most of the staff on a first name basis and they know you, it makes the experience more personal and makes your day a little bit better.

I learned about Reliable Parts recently. I needed to buy some parts to repair my broken dishwasher. The prices are competitive. The parts are genuine OEM. Most of the stuff on Amazon is knockoff listed as OEM. Also, Reliable Parts don’t allow return of installed parts. Keep that in mind when buying, but I prefer this over amazon sending me “new” parts that have clearly been used. Staff are super helpful. Will definitely go back for my parts.

Awesome place. The door strike snd mechanical latch broke on my expensive. laundry washing machine. Once I saw that these two parts were pretty easily removable, I called these guys they actually had both parts in stock. I was able to drive down and pick them up 30 minutes later and spend 60 bucks. I got home and it only took about 10 minutes to swap out both parts. My washing machine was as good as new. Way better than calling an appliance repair place and having to wait a day for them to come out and charge me hundreds of dollars for the same exact thing.

I have been doing business with this establishment for more than a decade now. Not as a contractor repairman, but as an individual who frequently repairs his own appliances. The staff have always been exceedingly courteous, and helpful. My last visit past all previous experiences in excellence. This business does not accept cash, and let me tell you I forgot this time, and was forced to go buy a gift card. The staff was patient. In my urgency, I did not set up the card when I bought it, and after many attempts trying to run the card, and phone calls on my part to check the account, there was an hour wait from purchase. It didn't matter how many times he tried, he was patient and understanding, at a time when I was under stress and appreciated it. Yet another reason why I will continue to recommend this business to anybody I come across who might remotely have a need.
