Cicis Pizza

This restaurant is extremely clean and the staff is amazing! I've been a few times and I order a specialty pizza and the lady at the front remembered what I ordered and made me feel amazing at remembering. I had a chance to watch the staff and one staff member, Quinton, really stood out. You can tell he really loves his job and the customers. He had a really huge smile on his face is was ready to assist the customers with anything. He also takes the time to check on the customers and even chat with us. He made me feel really welcome and like my needs mattered. He is what you want when you go somewhere. He is the epitome of customer service. His upbeat attitude really makes a difference. I will definitely going back because of him, he truly brightened up my day.

First time ever eating at a Cicis pizza restaurant. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was great for price paid $12.64 for all you can eat salad bar, bread sticks, cheesy bread, pasta with Marinara or Alfredo sauces, pizza of many varieties including vegetable pizza and just cheese pizza, a desert bar with cinnamon twists, apple sauce pizza, or powdered sugar covered brownies. Also for the price all you can drink sodas and 3 different flavors of Tea. They had a game room for the kids as well.

Went to this restaurant around 5 pm during the rush hour a while back and all I can say is the employees are very friendly and the pizza buffet was super delicious and tasty. The whole restaurant was clean including the restrooms which were super clean. The pizza was made fresh and hot and the employees seem to be hardworking and enjoying their work which is rare nowadays in restaurants and fast food places. Will be visiting this location more often as it's food is great for the value and is family friendly. The cinnamon rolls and brownies are made just perfectly and super sweet and best part to end an awesome meal that will leave you full.

I want to give a shout-out to Quiton. Not only the food was great but this guy is amazing. Very Friendly and attentive to the guest needs. Never stopped more than a few seconds before moving on to the next task. He is doing a great job keeping the place clean for the next guest. Great job my new friend and I pray the company values what they have in you and your abilities.

First off this isn’t our first time at this cicis, we’ve came a few other times early in the day but never met Quinton(I believe that is his name, he’s the one that cleans tables!). Tonight (5/19/23, 8pm) we sat next to a very disrespectful table. They were very rude to Quinton.. but he still kept a smile & kept cleaning. The table was so disrespectful that they actually made me cry.. so I decided to walk up to Quinton & apologize for their ugly attitude & behavior. Quinton talked with me for a minute before taking our plates and making sure we were happy with everything. He was super nice & made sure we were taken care of. I hope everytime we come to this cicis, Quinton is here. He made the experience great & definitely made me realize that there are still good souls in this world that still have good attitudes about things like that. Cicis, please take care of Quinton.
