Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We ordered through Favor. We received our order and it was stone cold. $50 worth of cold food. We also made sure to order sweet bbq sauce and nothing spicy. Most of our items were spicy even though we did not ask for spicy. Something isn’t right at this location. Very disappointing. Will not order from dickeys again.

Make sure you double check your order before you get home. Drove 20 minutes to try this place out. Picked up our food and got home with half our order missing. We spent over 40$ to feed 4 people and two entire entree’s were missing. I called and spoke with Eric at 9pm who said he would personally deliver the missing items after they were remade. Edit. At 10:45 a woman called and told me Eric would be on his way, that they were cleaning and putting things away. I also told her it’s been almost two hrs, she responded “well I’m sorry”. Very insincerely. Edit 11pm. Eric arrived and was sincerely apologetic. He brought us the whole order plus extras. His custom service will make us give this place another chance. Thanks Eric.

The service is unbelievably slow. I am still currently waiting at the drive through 30 minutes AFTER ordering. Of course my payment was taken immediately. No one came to the the window and acknowledged how long I'd been waiting. 2 cars behind me left, and there are only 3 cars in the parking lot. The food is good, although most of it was cold, but the service is ridiculous. I've used the drive through one time before and was very slow. This will be my last time. UPDATE: They requested a copy of my receipt, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. I never heard from them afterwards.
