Great covid process keeps social distancing in place at this location. Easy to figure out as soon as you walk in, not confusing at all like some places. Of course, the food is good as always!

My experience at this Chick Fil A is always pleasant. Food is good. Down falls are they do not make extra, extra crispy fries. Another you can not redeem or collect reward points from this establishment. Which is not good since this is whats close to many healthcare workers.

Good Chik-fil-A, BUT do keep in mind that it's inside the waterfall building (which means you'll have to pay for parking if you don't work around here which is close to $10), and also they don't accept the rewards from the Chik-fil_A app, so there's that. But other than that the food is good!

It's a Chick-fil-A in the Med Center what more do you need to say! The line can be long during the lunch rush do plan accordingly.
