Sonic Drive-in

I recently had the chicken fried steak sandwich... It was about the worst thing I've eaten in a long time.. when I placed my order I was asked if I wanted everything on it... It came out with meat and bun only..I sent it back and was sent out something old cold and chewie 😡..I will not recommend the steak sandwich

I haven't visited a Sonic in years but we decided to stop after picking up my granddaughters from school. They wanted to try the cheesy sticks. The food was great but our order was missing some tots and it took awhile to explain to the car hop that we ordered an extra tot. The person who took my order was hard to understand to begin with. All in all, the food was good.

The young lady cashier is super nice 🙂 and did not have any attitude. The service was a bit slow, but once we pulled up the drive thru window we noticed that they were training a couple of people. Everything tasted good, and the cold vanilla coffee ☕ was so good (it was not overly sweet, and it was a bit strong). Wished, I had more french 🍟

Never disappoints. Edit: I read the negative reviews and think the new management must've done something different. Maybe that corporate number (in the response to the "complainants") netted some attention. I never had a problem, before, with this Sonic. I was surprised by the, "...no ice cream," "burnt oil taste" complaints, except for the products that make them may have been influenced by factors outside of Sonic's control, to wit: Why is there a shortage of ice cream? That's because inflation is leading to a shortage of products and ingredients in ice cream shops. In response, they're making changes to their operations. Whether it's swapping out products for an alternative or buying things weeks in advance, these shops are trying to stay cool under inflation pressure. May 3, 2022 Google Search result.
