Pizza Hut

Just order a pizza for carryout, lady said it'll be ready in 20 min. There's two ladies working, one is answering the phone and I guess the other is making the pizza. I think the pizzas are already made, sauce and cheese were dry, crispy crust and wasn't hot. I wanted a fresh made pizza, not a left over pizza.

Normally order pizza from this place since it's close to home. But may reconsider. The pizza was warm to the touch, so maybe their over is breaking, I don't know. Ordered a new taste spicy pizza. The marinara sauce was spicy like they claimed, and it did not come with Chilli flakes. (I ordered Chilli flakes on it and no Chilli slices) ordered some boneless spicy wings and they are very stingy with the hot sauce to the point most of the wings were dry.

They have short staff. The lady at the front cannot handle a busy schedule. The other party who ordered pizza they didnt have enough of what they needed. I ordered contactless curbside pick up and was advised to call when outside n i called fir atleast 15 minutes n no one picked up. I had to go inside even though i did curbside pick up. This pizza hut location needs to improve on service and answer their phones. I only saw 2 people inside working and the delivery guy leaving to delivery like 3 orders.

Ordered delivery at 5:34 PM and never received it. Called them at 7:00 PM Ms. Francisca told me it was on the way. 20 minutes passed and had to call again this time for a refund! The lady let me know they had delivered my food to a different house!!! Told her that I wanted a refund at this point…she told me that she would cancel it! Service there has gotten so bad.

I always order from here and lately my food arrives 40+ minutes after the original delivery time. A lot of the time my orders have been wrong I've never made a big deal not complained, stuff happens. But when i call due to waiting nearly an hour for an order that was wrong and then calling the store and being told they can't issue me a refund to call back tomorrow is not the answer i expected i didn't even get an apology. My son and nephew waited for an hour excited for their movie night refused to start the movie until they're food arrived and they didn't even get what they wanted. Thank you guys !
