Jack In The Box

I placed 2 different online orders and asked for 1 sauce each. The staff are so generous that they gave me 3 each instead. And the spicy jack is placed nicely in a box instead a wrap. They gave ample lettuce and tomatoes as well compared to other locations. I dont know if this is because my usual locations are so cheap, or this location is just so nice.

I recently visited Jack n the Box and had a satisfying experience overall. The service was quick, and there weren't many customers, so it was easy to find a seat. However, they didn't offer free refills for Coke or other beverages like tea. If you're looking for a fast and efficientlunch experience, this place is worth a visit, but keep in mind the drink limitations.

My grandson loved the mini tacos. They were made fresh and had lots of lettuce. The attendant at the window on March 29, 2023 is awesome. Don't know her name but she's the best person to meet midmorning...her spirit is so genuine and caring about the repeat customers... She has braids, and a tiny of 🔵 on them... The hair style is always neat and covered .. we love to see her when we stop by ...

Tevin, the cashier, was professional and fast. He explained my food options to me regarding the $8.00 late night food options. He took my order and promptly went about his duties. After a more than reasonable time my food order was up and ready. I have to say that it was HOT and tasty. Probably the best Jack in the Box Egg Rolls I've ever had. The down side of this location. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to be served. There was no one up front or in the kitchen area. I called out for anyone but no one replied. Tevin came in through the front door, walked in behind the counter and right past me as if I where a ghost. He quickly returned and asked me if I had already placed my order. I told him no and he proceeded to take my order. After that, 3 other employees came in from the back door and went about their tasks. The only thing I can say about the men's room is that it needs a remodel in the worst way. So in conclusion, Tevin gets 5 STARS as does the food. The poor management and bathroom 2.5 stars.
